This design is called the 'Shiv' as the Specialized Shiv has a narrow contact area on the aerobars of approximately 40mm. This mount can be used where space is limited. The Shiv aerobars are typically on a 110mm center distance, but we can make this design be any center distance you might have.

Shown below is the extra wide BTA mounts for aerobars of 140-160mm (150mm shown) bar centerline. These mounts have 10mm slots for adjustment up to 170mm width total. These mounts can also be angled in if your aerobars are angled in like the Shimano Pro Missile bars.
